V-LOK™ | Aluminum Door Control Tool

The V-LOK™ Tool by Atlas Defense Co. is a compact, precision-cut door control tool built for first responders, tradesmen, and everyday utility use.

Manufactured in the USA from 6061-T6 aluminum, the V-LOK™ is designed to hold doors open by inserting into the hinge side of most interior or exterior doors, helping prevent accidental closure or lock-outs during work or movement. It can also be used to temporarily stage doors during equipment movement, loading and unloading, cleaning, maintenance work, or repeated foot traffic, while the compact design makes it useful in workshops, garages, service environments, and field use where hands-free access is needed.

Beyond standard doors, the V-LOK™ can also be placed over certain vehicle door striker plates to help prevent accidental latching during maintenance, equipment setup, or repeated access, and can be placed in windowsills to create space for running hoses, extension cords, cables, or wiring through windows without pinching or damaging them.

The updated V2 design features an expanded top profile that supports a 0.50″ × 1.20″ magnetic strip for staging on metal surfaces, along with integrated shockcord retention for improved stability on door hinges, gear, and bags.

Each V-LOK™ is laser-cut, tumbled, and powder-coated for corrosion resistance, durability, and high visibility.
